Chartered Accountant /Owner

Artan Rumani serves as the Managing Director of the firm, leading the company’s strategic vision with a foundation built on financial precision and legal expertise. As a Chartered Accountant and a recognised expert in accounting law. His strategic approach drives the firm's success and diversification, with the latest offering of high-level consulting operations. His leadership is grounded in a distinguished career within the public sector. Prior to setting up Rumani &Co Artan held senior positions at the Tax Authorities of the Sarande Region, serving as both Regional Director and Director of Control. This background provides him with a rare, dual perspective on the fiscal landscape understanding both the enforcement of tax regulations and the strategies required for compliance. Today, Artan combines his administrative leadership with deep technical knowledge to guide clients through complex tax and accounting matters, ensuring rigorous compliance and optimised financial performance.


Bryan Rumani


Offers a dual expertise in Accounting and Commercial Law. With a BSc in Accounting and international experience in Management and Financial Accounting, he provides strategic financial insight that goes beyond the balance sheet. Additionally, holding an LLM in International and Commercial Dispute Resolution, Bryan is the firm's specialist in navigating complex business conflicts. He contributes by protecting clients' interests through expert negotiation and a deep understanding of how international commercial standards.
